Aquatic Center
A comprehensive studio project dedicated to long span structures under the instruction of Doris Sung. | Spring 2019
As a folded plate concrete structure, the Los Angeles Aquatic Center operates as a multi-use facility that engages the local community. With sky lights penetrating through the roof of the folds and with two cable glass facades, light operates as a natural material that allows for an inviting atmosphere.
